Terms & Conditions of Hire

The Customer
The Customer is the person making the booking and who is solely responsible for said booking.
 
The Booking Price
The Booking Price is the price quoted once a route and requirements have been established between us and the Customer. Our price will be quoted as an all inclusive price and is the price you will pay, therefore no VAT or hidden charges will be added at a later date.
 
Maintenance
Pumba and Timon will be maintained regularly, due to their age responsibility cannot be accepted for mechanical, electrical or material breakdown whatsoever. In this unlikely event, every effort will be made for the immediate repair so that the journey can continue, or the Customer(s) will be transferred to another vehicle(s) so that the journey can continue. Any reasonable extra cost incurred will be paid by us or a full refund given.
 
In the event of a breakdown or accident to the Campervan prior to the date of the booking meaning the vehicle is no longer available to the Customer a full refund will be made.
 
Booking & Transport Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse a booking and also reserve the right to refuse entry to the Campervan or to any person(s) we deem unfit for whatsoever reason, and can refuse to continue the journey if any person(s) behave in a manner which may be detrimental to any other person or the vehicle(s) and its contents.  In this event, no refund will be given.
 
Damage by Customers
Customers must note that they are liable for any damage caused inside and outside the Campervan(s) by either themselves or any other member of their party. The Customer will agree to be liable for the total cost of the repair and. We will also impose a £100.00 valeting charge if the vehicle is damaged through food, drink or illness.
 
Loss of Belongings
We will not accept any liability for any belongings lost by the Customer or any of their party whilst using the vehicle although every effort will be made to assist and return the items.
 
Photographs
We may take photographs at your event, and we may use them on our website or for other promotional material. If you do not wish your photos to be used, please advise us at the time of booking. Any other professional photos taken that are to be used outside of bay camper wedding hire website or facebook page should include a suitable reference to us .
 
No Smoking Policy
We operate a strict no smoking policy.

General
Bookings are accepted on the understanding that the customer understands and accepts the above terms and conditions, and the payment of the deposit signifies such acceptance.

 

We cannot accept responsibility for adverse weather conditions, or acts by other persons or organisations which may impact adversely on the hire period.


By making a booking and paying the deposit, the Customer has entered into a binding contract .
